My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Easy to use I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too. I love how easy it is to use.

cost per document option I would like it if you could have a price per document option. I very rarely need this app but when I do, it is very nice to have.I can't justify a monthly subscription but would pay $3 to $5/document. to use this app.

Be clear Subject and preheater should be clear about the purpose. Apologize Own up to the mistake and say you're sorry for any misunderstanding. Send an offer If you can't give what was promised in the email, offer a back-up. Brand Stay on brand in the apology, but humor is always good.
