It is very good for the most part; however, the pop-ups are very distracting. Also, when filling up a table with numbers, is is hard to line them up.

FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OR IF I COULD DELETE A PAGE FROM THE 10 PAGES AND INSERT A NEW PAGE IN THE PROPER INSERTION POINT.

Be clear Subject and preheater should be clear about the purpose. Apologize Own up to the mistake and say you're sorry for any misunderstanding. Send an offer If you can't give what was promised in the email, offer a back-up. Brand Stay on brand in the apology, but humor is always good.
Because it is considered rude to publicly acknowledge someone else's flaws, this amounts to publicly shaming. The polite way to do so is to pull them aside, and tell them in private. Correcting someone's pronunciation in public is rude for the same reason, you are calling attention to their flaws in a public setting.
