With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. The pdf filler has been excellent to use to date. I haven't explored the other options available, such as sign and send, although, I will definitely look into a full options account.

It worked well for our needs. We just needed one form not available as a fill in through irs.gov. But I don't like the automatic sub renewal. We just needed it once and I didn't remember/understand that it automatically renewed.

Super customer service
Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!

We have had a service application on line for several years. People have been printing, handwriting the answers to our application and emailing it back. I just received back my first fillable application and I love it. It is legible and all the answers appear where they are supposed to no more writing up the side of the page because of the limited space for answering.

How do you circle something on a Mac?
Open the photo in the included Preview app, then go to the tools menu, then annotate, then oval... and you can make a circle however large you want. I just did this.
How do you change special characters on a Mac?
Enter special characters and symbols Click in the text where you want to place the character, then choose Edit > Emoji & Symbols (or press Control-Command-Space bar). The Character Viewer appears where you clicked.

Select 'Create Custom Tools'. Find Comment and then OVAL and add that OVAL Tool then hit 'Save'. A New OVAL button will appear on the right side of the PDF along with all the other tool buttons. Select it and then select the Circle icon on the top of the page.
