Did you ever need to edit a PDF document, like that registration or application form that you needed to complete online?

In the past, you probably had to print the form and manually edit it, filling its fields, adding pictures, highlighting text, and adding your comments. Then, you would either scan it or send a hard copy to wherever it needed to go. Besides needing a printer and a scanner, the process probably took you far too much time to complete.

Now there is a far easier way to edit PDF forms. You can simply use pdfFiller as online document editor!

To get started, you can upload a form to your account or open a document that’s already there. When you open the form you will see the “Edit” toolbar along the top like this:

Choose the “Text” button in the “Edit” tab and start typing. You can move text by dragging the text box. Click the “Signature” or “Picture” button to sign your document or insert an image. You can also add sticky notes, text boxes, fillable fields and checkboxes. Click the respective button in the “Edit” tab and edit the document by highlighting, blacking out or erasing any text or image. To edit your document further, click the “Pages” tab on the left or the “Watermark” and the “Versions” tabs on the right.

Choose the 'Text' button in the 'Edit' tab and start typing. You can move text by dragging the text box.

Click the 'Signature' or 'Picture' button to sign your document or insert an image. You can also add sticky notes, comments or text boxes.

Click the 'Tools' tab and edit the document by highlighting, redacting or erasing any text or image.

To edit your document further, click the 'Watermark' and the 'Versions' tabs on the right or the 'Pages' tab on the left.

Hassle Free PDF Editor All the hassle has been removed, I can enjoy my remaining time with my family. I can easily teach my student using PDF, and can easily send my signatures in every document to my boss. Everything is so convenient. Its really hassle to sign contracts specially in Online, what I do before is I will print it and scan it again, before I'll send to my boss, or even some papers that needed to be signed. Using pdfFiller makes my life less hassle, I can easily put my signature in different papers as fast it can be, and immediately send via email to my boss. Since I have students, I need something that are very convenient and all topics in different PDF, I'll make it in one PDF so that my students will understand better and not using too many tabs, they can focus on one PDF only and make the student more convenient in studying. I can edit also anything I want in my PDF, I can easily put pictures, highlight the important words and removing text and pictures. Click the entry you'd like to change, which brings it up in the main view at the top. Click the EDIT button on the top right-hand corner to make the form data editable. Update the form info as you would like, and press the SUBMIT button. Just like that, the submission data has been saved.
