Did you ever need to edit a PDF document, like that registration or application form that you needed to complete online?

In the past, you probably had to print the form and manually edit it, filling its fields, adding pictures, highlighting text, and adding your comments. To get started, you can upload a form to your account or open a document that’s already there. When you open the form you will see the “Edit” toolbar along the top like this:

Choose the “Text” button in the “Edit” tab and start typing. You can move text by dragging the text box. Click the “Signature” or “Picture” button to sign your document or insert an image. You can also add sticky notes, text boxes, fillable fields and checkboxes. Click the respective button in the “Edit” tab and edit the document by highlighting, blacking out or erasing any text or image. To edit your document further, click the “Pages” tab on the left or the “Watermark” and the “Versions” tabs on the right.

To edit a document online, upload your document using pdfFiller's uploader.

Click the entry you'd like to change, which brings it up in the main view at the top. Click the EDIT button on the top right-hand corner to make the form data editable. Update the form info as you would like, and press the SUBMIT button. Just like that, the submission data has been saved.
Hello, When designing the form, go to Settings (gear icon), check Edit after submit. If the Collect email addresses and Responses receipts are checked the respondent will get a link emailed to them in the response. Otherwise, the confirmation screen will have a link they can copy for later editing.
Log in to the Online Application Portal. Select Update Application. Select the New Update tab. Under Additional Information, select the type of update you would like to make to your application from the drop-down menu.

On the confirmation page, click the Edit your response link. You'll be able to see your previous answers and make edits. Once you click Submit on the form, these changes will be reflected in the form owner's spreadsheet and in the summary of responses.
