I needed to create new documents when…
I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents!

PDF Filler is a wonderful application for downloading common PDF forms (was really a boon during the recent tax season!). You can fill out the PDF forms electronically, save, and do whatever you need to with them- such as printing, sharing, etc. I love it!

The PDF Software Audit Trail feature is a powerful tool that allows you to track and monitor all the changes made to a PDF document. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to enable the Audit Trail feature for.

Click on the 'Tools' tab in the top menu.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Audit Trail'.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on the 'Enable Audit Trail' button.

You will be prompted to save a copy of the document with the Audit Trail enabled. Choose a location on your computer and click 'Save'.

The Audit Trail feature is now active. Any changes made to the document will be recorded and displayed in the sidebar.

Can you audit a PDF?
In the PDF Optimizer, click Audit Space Usage. Review the list of document contents, and the amount of space used. Click OK to close the dialog.
How do I download audit trail?
To download audit trail logs: Navigate to Settings > Groups & Social Profiles. You can also access the logs from Settings > Roles & Team Members if you're on the Advanced Plan. Click Export Logs. Select the date range. Click Export. Your CSV file will download.
How do I view audit trail in PDF?
Click the Document Portal tab. Go to the document you want the audit trail from, and click the menu button in the Actions column. Select Request audit trail.
