To view the Audit Trail, simply click on the 'Audit Trail' tab in the sidebar. You will see a detailed log of all the changes made, including the date, time, and user who made the change.

You can filter the Audit Trail by specific criteria using the options provided in the sidebar. This allows you to easily find and review specific changes.

If you want to disable the Audit Trail feature, simply click on the 'Disable Audit Trail' button in the sidebar.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.
What do you dislike?
There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

I would highly recommend this product to others and in fact I have done so. This product is easy to use and inexpensive compared to other products like it.

The support with this company surpasses… The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. In the PDF Optimizer, click Audit Space Usage. Review the list of document contents, and the amount of space used. Click OK to close the dialog.
To download audit trail logs: Navigate to Settings > Groups & Social Profiles. You can also access the logs from Settings > Roles & Team Members if you're on the Advanced Plan. Click Export Logs. Select the date range. Click Export. Your CSV file will download.
Click the Document Portal tab. Go to the document you want the audit trail from, and click the menu button in the Actions column. Select Request audit trail.
