The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Thank you for todays agent.

Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

This program/software is very user friendly. When I started my 30 day trial, I just couldn't believe how comfortable I felt using this program. I'm very happy with it. I am happy that I was invited to a webinar, this will help me master the program.

I reviewed this software for my company…
I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.
