i was upset with the fact i could not print/save the doc after editing it, but after shooting a rant to support, they responded within the hour and gave me a 30 day trial run. i really like the app, and you guys really should consider doing a 30 day trial right off the bat, first sign up. anyhow, service rocks, i will def toss some cash yalls way when my trial runs out :)
I am a new user. It seems to provide all that I need to prepare my contracts. So far so good. But I am having a printing issue with my first contract.
I was very impressed with all the option that were readily available to me. The library was amazing, and aside from business I found things for my children, as well.

I have been a Broker for 46 years and I use to have an admin assistant that handled all my paperwork
But now I work from home, no admin person or receptionist, I am Chief Bottle washer & Cook
I chatted with Bob Today on a Technical issue on the size of a PDF, He was able to reduce it
I am very happy I found pdfFiller, my new assistant
that doesn't drink my coffee

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.
What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!
What do you dislike?
Absolutely nothing! And I am not a company shill, just impressed!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Just being able to fill out pdf forms simply and easily.
