I had to use pdf Filler to fill out some online divorce documents, and after being initially upset at having to pay for a monthly subscription for a year to print it (very upset), I sucked it up, signed up, and have never stopped using it. Just discovered the eraser...very cool.
I've edited 4 documents with pdf filler which was fairly easy considering the editing I needed done was fairly simple. I'm a little disappointed that there is no on-demand training because I've only used some basic features & would like to learn alot more on all of the features that are available & how to use them
I use PDFfiller for so many things. Filling in documents like applications, signing documents without printing them, modifying PDF files. It has been an invaluable tool.
My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.
pdf Filler is surprisingly worth the investment. I don't have a PDF application on my computer, so having one online that I can easily use to view, fill, and send documents has been a huge help for work and personal use.
