ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED
My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.
Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

Just want to let you know that the people that work for PDFiller are great people. In these hard time we are going thru I had to cancel my account and request refund. They said they could help, they did and I received a notification via email the second day after my request back to PayPal. THANK - YOU
