PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Thanks for caring enough to hear my issue and resolving it in a quick and timely manner. I truly appreciate this and will never forget your extraordinary customer service. the service is great, however the payment option is miss leading, as it says $6/month and when you go to pay you charge the full year up front, in US$ and some of us are poor, so thanks for that.
I was able to upload and edit a document. I sent it to someone across the country who printed, signed it and sent it back. I then e-signed it and submitted it to a third party successfully.
This was the best PDF editor site I have seen thus far! It was so smooth and easy to use, as well as had multiple options to easily save and transfer the document without needing to convert everything back and forth!
The annual review process has been greatly facilitated by this package. Its simplicity and the clear definition of its components make it very user-friendly. I am extremely satisfied with this product.
I am having some difficulties with the…formatting and printing
I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.
I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.
I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.
