It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. I activated a trial period of pdf…
I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

Go into your original invoice and set it to edit. You will want to immediately adjust the invoice number and save the file as the revised, so you have a copy of both. Adjust the date of the revised invoice. Format any changes to the original invoice as needed based on unit cost and tax pricing.

How do I change an invoice format in QuickBooks?
Open your QuickBooks then go to the menu bar and click on “customers”.
Select “print preview” to see how the invoice will look like, and then exit by clicking on close.
On the create invoices screen, select customise from the drop-down menu and click on manage templates.

From the Customers menu, select Create Invoices.
At the top of the invoice, select the Invoice template selection button and choose Edit Template. This opens the Layout Designer view.
Choose File at the top of the Layout Designer.
