I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.
