Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. Good value and much better than Adobe. I highly recommend this product.

What do you like best?
Easy to learn and easy to use. I use it for filling in permit application forms from the county agencies we need to apply for permits from. They are extremely frustrating in redundancy, asking for the same information over and over. PDFFiller makes it easy to fill out these forms.
What do you dislike?
Some of the buttons seem a little clunky but they are easy to use.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! The Scan to Microsoft Excel task in the New Task window lets you create Microsoft Excel documents from images obtained from a scanner or a digital camera. Open the New Task window, click the Scan tab, and then click the Scan to Microsoft Excel task.
How do I put pictures from my computer into Excel?
In Excel, right-click a cell, then click Scan Documents.
Aim your iPhone camera at the data.
Make any further adjustments to the image, then tap Save.
How do I convert a PDF image to excel?
Enable OCR Function. Once you open your scanned PDF document, a bar will pop up at the top of the screen that recommends you perform OCR.

Here is a workaround: drag into MS Word and then drag into Excel. Definitely better than going through the Insert system. The easiest way I've found is to copy the image itself by viewing it first and then copy it into the clipboard. Then it can be pasted into Excel.
