Easy and convenient
I usually use free apps because they're free, but this program is worth the money. I do a LOT of paperwork on the daily, so this makes life much easier.

Was able to use site, but site is not mobile-friendly
I tried using this site on my mobile phone and would recommend only using a PC; the site is not mobile friendly. Otherwise after some effort I was able to upload, electronically sign, and send a PDF document.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Access the Document Editor Ping One feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to edit.

Once you have the document open, click on the 'Collaborate' button located at the top right corner of the editor.

In the 'Collaborate' menu, click on the 'Ping One' option.

A pop-up window will appear where you can enter the email addresses of the people you want to collaborate with. Separate multiple email addresses with commas.

After entering the email addresses, click on the 'Send' button to invite the collaborators.

The invited collaborators will receive an email notification with a link to access the document. They can click on the link to join the collaboration session.

Once the collaborators join the session, you can start editing the document together in real-time. Any changes made by one collaborator will be instantly visible to others.
