Great Product And Support
I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. Sally was terrific. I would recommend this product to anyone who deals with a lot PDF files. And the customer service is #1.

Everything is easy to use
Everything is easy to use. I was having some issues faxing and got a quick response from support. Other than that great experience so far. It would be cool if I could request documents from clients where they can upload and it would go to my docs in pdf filler.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

A proper company
PDFfiller apparently thought I wanted a subscription to their service after trying it out once. I did not want that, however, and wrote to them to cancel the payment. They cancelled right away, no questions asked. You know a proper company when that is the procedure.

How to Use the Edit Transcript Feature in pdfFiller
The Edit Transcript feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily make changes to your transcripts. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Access the Edit Transcript feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to edit.

Once the document is open, click on the 'Edit Transcript' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A new window will appear, displaying the transcript of your document. You can now make changes to the text as needed.

To edit a specific line of text, simply click on it and start typing. You can also use the toolbar at the top of the transcript window to format the text, change the font size, or add bullet points.

If you need to add a new line of text, click on the 'Add Line' button located at the bottom of the transcript window. This will insert a new line where you can enter your text.

To delete a line of text, click on the 'Delete Line' button located next to the line you want to remove.

Once you have made all the necessary changes, click on the 'Save' button to apply the edits to your document.

You can also use the 'Undo' and 'Redo' buttons in the toolbar to revert or redo any changes you have made.

After saving your edits, you can download the updated transcript or share it with others by clicking on the 'Download' or 'Share' buttons respectively.

Can you change grades on transcript?
Upon the award of your degree, your academic record is permanent and cannot be changed. This includes changes made through a retroactive drop.
Is it possible to edit a transcript?
The transcript displays the official record of classes students enroll in during school, so most grades cannot be changed or removed.
How do I edit my stream transcript?
If you're the owner of a video, you can edit the words within the transcript window. In the transcript window, click Edit. When you're in edit mode, you can select one segment at a time for editing. There are two buttons that appear next to the active segment. ... After you're finished with your edits, click Done.
How do I change my academic transcript?
Talk to your college's registrar or transcript office about the necessary procedure for disputing something on your transcript. For most universities, there's an official form to fill out, so you can list exactly what you're contesting and the evidence you have to support your claim.
Is there a way to wipe out of grade on my transcript?
A transcript is a record of courses taken and grades. You can't remove something from the record. If you can demonstrate inappropriate grading, you could potentially get the grade changed (at an American college or university). There is indeed a permanent record, and you can't do much.
What if my transcript is wrong?
If the content of your electronic transcript is incorrect or incomplete, you should contact the Registrar's office at your school.
