learning was difficult at first, your how to video's are too fast for a 74 year old to absorb, but hands on usage got me going in the end. I had to enter an enormous amount of text in my PDF form, but the ability to resize text boxes was a boon. Thanks, Bob Harrison

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

To select a column of text (vertically), hold down Ctrl+Alt (Windows) or Option+Command (Mac OS) as you drag the length of the document. Note: You can also use the column select tool. To select all the text on the page, choose Edit > Select All. In Single Page mode, all the text on the current page is selected.
For help you may press the F1 key while viewing a form. button in the upper right hand corner of the menu bar of the PDF form. After clicking this button the Fillable Fields within the form will be highlighted in a light blue color which will allow you to enter your information within these fields.

It is also not possible to copy text from scanned documents. The reason behind it is that scanned documents consist of images of text. If you want to copy text from a scanned document, you need to convert it to an editable PDF document. You can do that using the OCR feature in PDF converter tools.
If you cannot highlight or select text in a PDF, the file might probably be a scanned copy and cannot be edited. How can you tell whether a copy was scanned? It's simple. the alignment of the text will be off, the page's borders won't be in the same place, and some text will be zoomed in more than others.
There could be a few reasons why you are unable to drag and highlight in Word. One reason could be that your document is protected and you do not have editing permissions. Another reason could be that your mouse is not properly functioning.
