It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

Don't quite understand how it works as I am not a computer person except to do genealogy, and write. One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out. It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic. It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

The usual arrangement for a bibliography in Footnote style is a single sequence in alphabetical order by author, with the author's surname preceding the initials or given name.
If you are using a style in which the author's name goes in the text (like APA), then you put the reference list in alphabetical order. If you are using numbered style (like AMA), then your references will be listed in the order in which they appear in text.
Order: List the sources in alphabetical order by the authors' last names. Ignore “A,” “And,” and “The” when alphabetizing by title if an author is not listed. Indentation: Do not indent the first line in the citation; however, you must indent any additional lines 1/2”.
The works cited list is put into alphabetical order by the authors' names, determined by the letters that come before the commas separating the authors' last and first names. Other punctuation marks and spaces are ignored.
Arranging Numerical Entries in MLA Works Cited If you have two or more works by the same author, alphabetize your list by the author's last name, and then the title of the book. If the title starts with a number, alphabetize your list as though the number is spelled out: Orwell, George. Animal Farm.
Alphabetize the references by the first significant word of the title (i.e., ignoring the words A, An, and The at the beginning of the title (APA, 2020, p. 306).
Place the cursor where you would like the superscript number to appear. Click on Insert Footnote in the References tab. The corresponding number will be automatically inserted in the footer ready for you to add the footnote citation. Type in your footnote citation.
Footnotes are notes placed at the bottom of a page. They cite references or comment on a designated part of the text above it. For example, say you want to add an interesting comment to a sentence you have written, but the comment is not directly related to the argument of your paragraph.
