best out there, has opportunities to get better
generally very positive. i used the free trial for a month and switched to the yearly plan.
this is by far the best pdf editor i tried using. the biggest selling point is converting the files without losing the layout and the possibility to edit copy and somewhat match the font
i noticed that while editing copy the font size of the original text shifts a pixel down and the font weight automatically turns to lighter than original.
still the best font matching abilities of all the tools, but sometimes a pain

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.

This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.

I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

How do I reduce file size without losing quality?
There are a few ways to make a file size smaller without losing quality: Use a lossless compression method. This means that the file can be uncompressed back to its original state without any loss of information. Two popular lossless compression methods are ZIP and RAR.
How do I reduce the size of a PDF without sacrificing quality?
Open your PDF file in Preview. It should be the default option, but in case it isn't, Right Click on the PDF file, select Open with > Preview. Then, click File > Export, and in the Quartz Filter drop-down box, select Reduce File Size. The software will automatically reduce the size of the PDF file.
What happens when you reduce PDF size?
It will resample and compresses images and subset-embeds fonts that were left embedded. It also compresses document structure and cleans up elements such as invalid bookmarks. If your file size is already as small as possible, the Reduced File Size command will have no effect on the size of your document.
How do I make a PDF a smaller quality?
To do this: Tick Print in grayscale (black and white) Select the Properties button and then select the Paper/Quality tab. Select Black & White. Select the Advanced. Under Graphic, change the Print Quality to either 600dpi or 300dpi. Select OK, and then OK. Select Print and save the generated file.
