This is my first attempt at using your system but so far so good. I'll answer other surveys later after I have had some experience with the system.
It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

What do you like best?
Te ease of use is amazing. I also like that I can easily share it to my Dropbox.

I have yet to find a feature that I dislike. I think PDFfiller has covered all of the bases.

I love that I can use it on my phone via app and on my desktop laptop. I love how quickly I can signed my documents and also send via email and no when the receiptant downloaded my document. I also like I can faxes as well.

There was a time I need to edit a document and was not able to do so and the customer service was no very helpful.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..

What makes PDF filler so useful
The features I find impactful are how you can convert any file to a PDF, manage various documents and text searching a document. Having these features really makes this software standout, and being easy to use and to manage or search for files by a click.
I didn't feel there was anything missing, as everything that was needed is here in this software. There is nothing lacking in using this software.

I struggled a bit lining up fields with each other, but I guess there is an easier way of doing that than I am doing. For a first timer, I was happy with the experience.

How do I create a URL Link?
Create a hyperlink to a location on the web Select the text or picture that you want to display as a hyperlink. Press Ctrl+K. You can also right-click the text or picture and click Link on the shortcut menu. In the Insert Hyperlink box, type or paste your link in the Address box.
How do you turn a file into a link?
Link to other parts in your file Select what you'd like to turn into a link and then select Insert > Hyperlink or press Ctrl + K. Select Place in This Document. Choose where you'd like the link to connect to and select OK.
How do I Link a PDF to a URL?
