I LOVE pdffiller, but need to know more about how to use it. For instance, how can I hide the "establishing a secure connection" message when the form loads on my webpage? And how to change the color of the highlighted fields?

The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

Definitely recommend Software is fantastic and only exceeded by their awesome customer service. Paul on the live chat dealt with my request/query efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend these guys.

(A1) All across the entire application. Explains each step-in layman terms. I am 62 years old and I know just enough about a computer to keep myself in trouble. Thank God this was so easy.

It's a great experience and many options to get your forms completed in the manner you want them done. The option to save them for later and email them to others to edit is definitely a perk!

I signed up for the $1 trial but did not want the 1 year subscription -- refunded in two days! I signed up for the $1 trial but did not use it for whatever reason. I have adobe DCF but used PDF filler one time to check it out or whatever. In any case, one month later I get hit with the $102.10 one year subscription charge I didn't see coming. I call expecting to be on hold for two hours.. but .. no... about a few minutes on hold and they refunded the whole thing.. refund hit in two days. So, I believe they should be applauded for that. I'm sure some people love it and go for the subscription. But it's really nice to know they're actually honest and refund the money if you ask.
