pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
Upon using the PDFfiller, I needed to get some customer support. I got immediate attention and a quick resolve of my issue. They were extremely accommodating with no strings attached. The best customer service I have received in a long time!
At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Thanks for caring enough to hear my issue and resolving it in a quick and timely manner. I truly appreciate this and will never forget your extraordinary customer service. I filled in IRS 990, Schedules A & O but didn't know I was using PDFfiller and when I tried to print I found I was locked out, so I had to subscribe and still have filled our forms that are locked out. Need timely hep in unlocking these documents. Since this experience and subscribing to PDFfiller (annual Suscrition) I have found it works very well. I contract for a Jazz club's 5 venues sites and have to fill out two cities' forms that I found easy to get using PDFfiller. I also became the treasurer of the Jazz Club again and had to bring out IRS 990s up to dat--non-profit. Again fond using PDFfiller to get fillable forms easy, better than going to IRI.gov.
Convenient, Easy, and Potentially Free!
I edit a lot (A LOT) of PDF documents. I love that I can edit, fill, sign from anywhere - on the go, on my phone, in the car, in the hotel. I can get it done and quickly. One of my most used tools hands down.
I would like to see the website redesigned to be slightly more user friendly.
The app and customer support is great!
The app itself is great, no doubt. Recently I encountered some problems with logging in and contacted the support team and they resolve my problem in 10 minutes. Outstanding customer support! 10/10
What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
