Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Anne should be commended for her high level customer service. She is a definate asset to your organisation.
I had to buy it as a last minute resort and it was helpful, but I probably need to spend more time learning it before I critique its functionality and/or lack thereof.
eing a new user of this platform I had a major issue and they went over and beyond to fix it and made it up to me even tho it was my fault for not reading. ha
There is a learning curve that I did not anticipate since I have been a long time user of Abobe. Your Live Chat customer support staff are very helpful, knowledgable and friendly!
the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)
I usually use this program during a translation process when I get a request to translate a document in form of PNG or similar. But I believe that this app can still be further enhanced.
