Once you find the form you need, the filler is excellent, but the search browser needs to be more efficient. I have searched for a particular form for 30-45 minutes before finding it on occasion.
As a new small business operator, this software has helped me with so many tasks without having to leave work. The only draw back is that many times, recipients can't open sent pdf files and another route has to be taken.
What do you like best?
I like the ease to update a document quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike?
I wish that it was more intuitive I.e. when I erase something, ask what I’d like to do next and learn my behavior.

I’m able to fix mistakes on PDFs that have already been executed.

Phenomenal customer support.
I use pdf filler occasionally for signing docs, I recently had an issue with the website and dreaded contacting Cust support-and when I finally did it was by far the easiest, quickest interaction I've ever had with a cust support rep.Dee was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.
I like that I can fill in and even sign document through pdf filler. It is very convenient and saves me a lot of time and headaches. It also allows me to have a more professional look on my documents which has gotten me a reputation for being professional.
