I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!
Definitely easier yesterday: to find documents to fill out and send. Makes billing a breeze!

How do I reduce the size of a PDF in Apple?
Open the PDF file that you want to reduce in size. Double click it, and it should open in Preview, the default PDF viewer in macOS.
Pull down the File menu and select Export.
Choose the submenu next to Quartz Filter and choose To reduce File Size.
Save the new reduced version of the PDF as usual by hitting Save.
Does Apple have a PDF editor?
If you need to edit a PDF on your Mac, you can use Preview, the Mac's default photo-viewing program, to view and edit PDFs. Preview has the power to do much more than fill out a form. You can add pop-up notes, arrows, shapes, and more, without installing anything extra onto your Mac.
How do I reduce the MB of a PDF on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF, then choose File > Export. (Don't choose Export as PDF.)
Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose To reduce File Size.
How do you resize a PDF on a Mac?
Locate the PDF you want to resize on your Mac and click Open. Click the tab next to Filter at the bottom of your document. Click Reduce file size. The filter provided in Colors Utility reduces the scale of your PDF by 50% and restrict images to a maximum of 512 by 128 pixels. Click Apply. Save your PDF.
