Group Chart Format: edit PDF documents from anywhere

The PDF is a common document format for numerous reasons. PDFs are accessible on any device, so you can share them between desktops and phones with different displays and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone — it will appear same for all of them.

The next reason is data protection: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're risk-free for sharing data from person to person. PDF files are not only password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service allows document owners to identify those who’ve accessed their documents and track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows you to create, edit, sign, and share PDF files using just one browser window. Convert an MS Word file or a Google Sheet and start editing it and create fillable fields to make a document singable. Use the finished document for personal needs or share it with others in any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use powerful editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send to sign. Change a template’s page order. Add and edit visual content. Collaborate with others to complete the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Complete any document with pdfFiller in four steps:

01
Get started by uploading your document.
02
Click the Tools tab to use editing features such as text erasing, annotation, highlighting, etc.
03
Insert additional fields to fill in specific data and put an e-signature in the document.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

What do you like best?
I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the worksheet that contains the two charts. Select one chart. Press [Shift] and click the second chart. Right-click the combined selection. Click Grouping and then click Group.
Select the rows or columns you want to group. In this example, we'll select columns A, B, and C. Select the Data tab on the Ribbon, then click the Group command. Clicking the Group command. The selected rows or columns will be grouped. In our example, columns A, B, and C are grouped together.
What is the Group Function and How to Activate it? The group function basically ties a range (columns or rows, can't be both) together, and allows you to collapse them (and expand them later), showing only the last row or column. It is in the Data Ribbon, on the right in Excel 2007 and 2010.
Combine Pie Chart into a Single Figure Click on the first chart and then hold the Ctrl key as you click on each of the other charts to select them all. Click Format > Group > Group. All pie charts are now combined as one figure. They will move and resize as one image.
