Easy to use once I figured it out - with 3 jobs it has become mandatory to use/edit pdf which I have been trying to avoid. Thanks! Update: Still liking this program!

I use this software daily to mainly merge other documents into one PDF. It's very user friendly. time management and expedition of documents requiring signatures! Merge feature and being able to delete pages that I don't need. I like that I can save my agency's details on the different forms I use; rather than retyping each time. It has locked up a couple of times but once I get out and go back in it's fine. It hasn't happened in the last year so they may have done some updates to the software.

On the page where you want to add the recording, click Insert or Save, then drag the recording to position it.
Record audio. While you record, you can scroll, zoom, and view different pages, slides, or sheets. With a document open, tap the Add button, tap the Media button, then tap Record Audio. To begin recording, tap the Record button.
Edit video and audio in Pages on Mac. By default, a video or audio file plays one time when you click the Play button. You can set it to repeat in a loop, adjust its volume, and trim it to play only part of the video or audio.
Open QuickTime Player, found in the /Applications/ folder. Pull down the File menu and choose New Audio Recording Click the red (o) Record button to start recording audio from the default microphone source* When finished, hit the same button to stop recording sound.
Tap to select the video or audio on the page. Tap. , then tap Movie or Audio. To set media to repeat, choose how you want it to play: Play in a continuous loop: Tap Loop. Play forward and then backward: Tap Loop Back and Forth. Note: Recorded audio can't loop back and forth.
Record a voice over narration Click to select the slide where you want the recording to start. In the toolbar, then click the Audio tab at the top of the sidebar on the right. Click Record in the sidebar. The recording window appears.
On the page where you want to add the video or audio, tap, then tap. Tap Photo or Video. To insert media from iCloud or another service, tap Insert from. Navigate to the file, then tap it. To resize video, drag any blue dot. Tap the Play button on the media to play it in the document.
Drag an image from your computer or a webpage to a media placeholder or anywhere else on the page. Click. Click the Media button in the toolbar, choose Photos, then drag an image from a photo library to the page or to a media placeholder.
