Can you attach a file to a Microsoft form?
If you want users to be able to insert files on a Microsoft Office Inflate form, you can use a file attachment control on your form template. Users can use this control to attach files to your form, and the files are then encoded and saved with the form data.
How do I add a link in Inflate form?
Once you put the hyperlink from the Insert tab it will ask you for the Address and Text to be displayed. The other one is inside the controls list. Go to the Home tab and then from the Controls click on Hyperlink. Once it will add you will be able to see field1 and field 2 under myFields in Fields section.

Can you attach a PDF file to access database?
Although many people often use Microsoft Access to store text information, you can add files to a database as well. Access makes this possible by defining a special attachment field that can hold complex data. After you add an attachment field to an Access table, you can import PDF files into any of the table's rows.
How do you create an attachment field in access?
With the table that contains your attachment field open in Data sheet view, double-click the attachment field.
Click Add.
Use the Look in list to navigate to the file or files that you want to attach to the record, select the file or files, and then click Open.

In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to add a picture and then select the form header section.
Click Insert Image .
You can choose to search for pictures and images from Bing, your OneDrive folder, or upload a picture from your computer or device.
