I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. It's pretty good. There is a delay from when I type till when the text appears in the text box.Also, I don't like have each field with a help box. I know I can X it out but it gets in the way when I want to go fast. I do like that it goes automatically from one field to the next such as with the dates.

You hide the field, by opening its property dialog, go to the General tab, and then change “visible” to “hidden” in the field property dropdown. That should do it. If you want to be double sure, make the field read-only as well.
If so then you can use the form tool(s) to remove all the form fields. That'll leave you with just your PDF page content. Go to Form Edit mode (Tools — Forms — Edit), select all the fields in the list and press Delete, then return to the normal viewing mode and save the file.
