Not for free to send it and save to computer. Almost $7 for a year isn't bad though! But I'm not sure if i'll be using this all the time though throughout the year.

The log in process is a little clunky. I have not been able to copy paste a field in the template creator. I have 30 fields or so that will each have the same sized field, I should be able to duplicate the specific field a number of times and paste. No?

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Contract Modification Law and Legal Definition. Contract modification refers to mutually agreed changes or alterations made to a contract. A contract modification may introduce or cancel specifications or terms of an existing contract, while leaving its overall purpose and effect intact.
A modification of contract is any change, in part or whole, occurring to a legally binding agreement between two or more parties. Any contract can be modified before or after signing the agreement, but all parties must agree to the changes. If any party doesn't agree to the modification, the changes are invalid.
Unilateral Modification. Unilateral modifications are changes made to a contract by one side, usually the seller. There does not need to be a separate agreement after a change is made. Unilateral modifications are not supposed to alter the material or important terms of the original contract.
Bilateral modification is a supplemental agreement to a contract that both the contracting officer and the contractor sign. A bilateral modification is typically used to: Negotiate equitable adjustments when a change order occurs.
A unilateral change order, or modification, is one which is issued by the contracting officer without requiring the consent or signature of the contractor. Since a unilateral change order does not require the contractor's signature, the change order cannot act as, or contain, a release of further claims.
Typically are called administrative changes. Examples include changes in the fund citation, names and phone numbers of POCs., etc. They do NOT include adding clauses, or making no-cost changes to a contract. When effecting an administrative change modification, check Block 13B of the SF 30.
In general, modifications change the terms and the conditions of a contract, including but not limited to the performance period, the statement of work, the price, or the quantity. A bilateral modification is typically used to: Negotiate equitable adjustments when a change order occurs.
Unilateral Modification. Unilateral modifications are changes made to a contract by one side, usually the seller. There does not need to be a separate agreement after a change is made. Unilateral modifications are not supposed to alter the material or important terms of the original contract.
