Step 1: Open the Excel file. Step 2: Locate the graph, right click on it (again, on the white space and not on any particular element of the graph), from the context menu choose Move Chart and select New sheet option in the dialog. Click OK to confirm. Step 3: Go to the newly created tab (by default named Chart1).

Highlight the table. Select the Insert tab on the ribbon. Click Object in the Text group, which is on the right side. Click Object from the drop-down menu that appears. In the Object types list, choose Microsoft Graph Chart. (You will need to scroll down.) Click OK.
Select the table you will export as a PDF file, and click File > Export > Create PDF/XPS Document > Create PDF/XPS in Excel 2013/2016. See screenshot: Note: If you are using Excel 2010, please select the table, and click File > Save & Send > Create PDF/XPS Document > Send as PDF.
Copy the PDF Content and Paste it in Word: Right-click on the text or images selected and click on the option “Copy Text” or “Copy to Clipboard”. After copying the content from the PDF file, open Word and paste the content into the Word doc. You can simply copy and paste the text or images from the PDF file into Word.
