I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

Support person was very professional and had a great deal of patience. Recommend some kind of tutorial or steps for getting started before filling a form. For example to edit steps 7, 8, 9. To save steps 3,4,5, etc. It would be great if a hot line number was available in some cases. Thanks again for all of your assistance. I look forward to using your service again in the future and would recommend your product highly.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
American Sign Language: “across," "over," "after" The sign "across” has several variations depending on your meaning. The generic sign for “across" uses the "OVER" sign. To do this sign you use a “flat" hand shape on your dominant hand and slide it across the back of your (palm down) non-dominant hand.
The right sign for “distance" depends on your situation. Probably the closest ASL equivalent to the English concept of “distance" is the sign FAR. If you mean "distance” as in "size or measurement" then you should use the “SIZE" sign. Note: Those are "Y" handshapes not “i" handshapes.
The American Sign Language sign for THEN is done by holding your non-dominant hand in front of you in an “L" hand shape with the index finger pointing generally forward, the thumb pointing generally up.
American Sign Language: “would" I saw somewhere [on some other website -- not here] that the sign for “would" is a "W" at the chin (palm towards the face) pulled back an inch or two then changed to a “D." Any comments on that? ( I don't see a “would" sign in the ASLU Dictionary section.
American Sign Language: “early" EARLY: Both hands keep the same handshape throughout the sign. The right hand slides over the left hand. Memory aid: Think of the sun's rays coming over the horizon “early" in the morning.
ASL sign for: BECAUSE. For the reason that; since; due to the fact that. Another handshake variation is the handshape horizontal “L", palm in. The sign of this gloss WHY/\\ (with the raised eyebrows) is a rhetorical question.
For the same reason there are so many spoken languages. In fact, one would expect more distinct forms of signed language: historically, Deaf communities were less connected than the corresponded hearing communities, leaving much room for distinct languages to develop and regional variations to form.
There is no universal sign language. Different sign languages are used in different countries or regions. For example, British Sign Language (BSL) is a different language from ASL, and Americans who know ASL may not understand BSL.
For the same reason there are so many spoken languages. In fact, one would expect more distinct forms of signed language: historically, Deaf communities were less connected than the corresponded hearing communities, leaving much room for distinct languages to develop and regional variations to form.
In fact, there are somewhere between 138 and 300 different types of sign language used throughout the world today. New sign languages frequently evolve amongst groups of deaf children and adults.
There is no universal sign language. Different sign languages are used in different countries or regions. For example, British Sign Language (BSL) is a different language from ASL, and Americans who know ASL may not understand BSL.
Perhaps the most obvious difference is that ASL uses a One- handed finger spelling alphabet while BSL uses a two-handed alphabet. The BSL sign is similar, except that the index and middle fingers (held together) make the movement. However, in BSL, the sign for “Hearing person" is the same sign for "Deaf” in ASL.
ASL does not have the same grammar, syntax, and vocabulary as English. Neither does BSL (British Sign Language), AUS LAN (Australian Sign Language), or even LSF (French Sign Language) to French. There are at least 25 sign languages in Africa, according to researcher Nootka Kamei.
ASL and LSF (French Sign Language) are today significantly different. Thus, like English, ASL has become something of a colonizing language, and therefore, I would say it is probably currently more widespread than is BSL.
Pidgin Signed English (PSE) or Signed English PSE is the most commonly used sign language in the United States amongst deaf individuals. The vocabulary is drawn from ASL, however it follows English word order. Filler and connecting words (to, the) as well as word endings (ed, ing) are often times dropped.
