With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I'd love if you followed up with me about this survey. Thank you. Sarah

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You can choose options for seeing today's commands, yesterday's, and so on, all the way to viewing your entire history. If you really want to weed through all your recordings, you need to choose All History. This will display all your conversations with Alexa, when they occurred, and on what device.
Does Amazon 'record every conversation'? Amazon's voice-controlled Alexa products are considered “always-on” devices but that doesn't mean they record customers' conversations. The devices constantly listen for a user to say a “wake word,” which triggers Alexa to begin recording voice data and respond to commands.
If you've ever tried to share a conversation you had with Alexa, you probably took out your smartphone then recorded a shaky mobile video of you talking to your Echo speaker. It's launching Voice gram, a way to record an Alexa conversation in the browser, then easily share that conversation as a video file.
Amazon's Alexa records private conversations. According to Amazon's terms, only these commands are sent to the companies' servers for processing. The policy spells it out: No audio is stored or sent to the cloud unless the device detects the wake word (or Alexa is activated by pressing a button).
An Amazon spokesperson said Echo devices only make recordings after hearing a wake word like Alexa. CNBC dug through the Alexa app, and the option to share this type of information with Amazon was on by default. You can turn it off.
Open the Alexa app. Go to the settings' menu. Select Settings. Select Alexa Privacy, and then select an entry or review a specific date range.
Why Amazon Alexa Is Always Listening To Your Conversations: Analysis. I'll let you in on this open secret: Alexa, which is the voice assistant embedded in smart speakers sold by Amazon (Echo) as well as by some of its partners including Bose, Facebook, Sonos, Sony, and Ultimate Ears, is listening to you all the time.
After all, an Alexa speaker, like the Echo or Dot, is an always-on listening device. Although it's designed to listen only when called upon, sometimes it doesn't play by its own rules.
