It was pretty easy to use except when you hit the next tab it would take me to the text box to type but it would not allow me to type until I moved my mouse to that location and click. It would be easier if it would allow you to type in the box it moved you to so you don't have to keep going back and forth to the mouse. Also some boxes when completed there was not an option to click "next.

I was in a hurry to get a commercial invoice to a broker, all went well until I tried to email the document. I'm 64 years old, so not the brightest when it comes to computer stuff, but it was really confusing at that point.

Create your drop-down list in any cell using Data Validation with fields. Highlight the drop-down cell. Select Conditional Formatting. Select Highlight cell rules, more rules. Select Format only cells that contain. Change the value in the format only cells with: to Specific Text.
Make sure the cell or the range of cells in which you want to add the drop-down list is still selected and click on the “Home” tab. Select “Conditional Formatting” in the Styles group. Point to “Highlight Cells Rules” and select “More Rules.” The New Formatting Rule dialog opens.
STEP 1: Select the range that you want to apply the conditional formatting to. STEP 2: Go Home > Styles > Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules. STEP 3: Select New Rule. STEP 4: Create the new rule for High values: How to Conditionally format A Drop-Down List. Helpful Resource:
On the Home tab of the ribbon, click Conditional Formatting > Manage Rules Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'. Here, 2 is the row number of the active cell and K is the column containing the dropdown menus. Activate the Fill tab and specify the desired color.
