What do you like best?
The ability to edit PDF documents quickly and easily
What do you dislike?
When documents are locked by other applications such as DocuSign you cannot sign them or open them with this software. You are however able to sign them on that platform after creating a separate logon with DocuSign.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Ability to send to sign is a huge time saver in getting contracts signed by sellers

In MLA formatting, you can change the medium description to PDF file. In an APA citation, you can add [PDF file] after the title (separated by only space)

Footnote A footnote for a newspaper article should include: Name of author (if known). Title of the article, month, day and year of publication. The edition (final, West Coast, etc.) if available. The section if in print or the URL if found online. You can omit page numbers.

According to MLA guidelines, you should indicate the type of electronic file you have accessed for e-books, such as PDF file or Kindle file. The basic format is: Author's last name, Author's first name. ''Book Title''. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of Publication.
The author's name is generally the first piece of information included in an MLA 8th edition citation. Start with the author's last name, follow it with a comma, and add the rest of the author's name exactly as it appears on the source. Immediately following the author's name is a period.
