Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the E-Signature FTM Feature in pdfFiller

The E-Signature FTM (Fast Track Mode) feature in pdfFiller allows you to quickly and easily add electronic signatures to your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to sign in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

Select 'E-Signature FTM' from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up window will appear with options to create a new signature or use an existing one. Choose the option that suits you best.

If you choose to create a new signature, you can draw it using your mouse or trackpad, type it using a keyboard, or upload an image of your signature. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Once you have created or selected your signature, you can resize and reposition it on the document as needed.

Click on the document where you want to place the signature. You can add multiple signatures if required.

After placing the signature, you can further customize it by changing the color, thickness, and style.
