Locate Formula Record: full-featured PDF editor

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most widely used document format for various reasons. It's accessible on any device to share them between devices with different screens and settings. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it will appear same for all of them.

Security is another reason we would rather use PDF files for storing and sharing personal information and documents. Besides password protection, particular platforms offer opening history to track down those who read or filled out the document before.

pdfFiller is an online document management and editing tool that allows you to create, modify, sign, and share PDFs directly from your browser. Thanks to the numerous integrations with the most popular CRM systems, you can upload an information from any system and continue where you left off. Use the finished document yourself or share it with others by any convenient way — you'll get notified when someone opens and completes it.

Use powerful editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Add and edit visual content. Change a template’s page order. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Ask other users to fill out the fields. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud.

Get your documents completed in four simple steps:

01
Go to the pdfFiller uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content or add a new one.
03
To insert fillable fields, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tab on the right and add some for text, signatures, images and more.
04
Finish editing by clicking Done and choose what you want to do next with this PDF: you can save it to your device, print or send via email, fax or sharing link.

It works great, but is very expensive for how often I will use it. I wish there was an option to purchase some sort of punch card or to pay per use instead of paying $20/month, which is outrageous if you are not using it daily.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Look up for number: =LOOKUP(40, A2:B15, 2) — the formula will search for the number 40. Look up for text: =LOOKUP(“apples”, A2:B15, 2) — the formula will search for the text “apples”. ... Look up for value in another cell: =LOOKUP(C2, A2:B15, 2) — the formula will search for the value in cell C2.
Yes. LOOKUP can search for textual values just as well as it can search for numbers. The example above would search for the product names, which are text rather than numbers. Remember, of course, that the values being searched should be unique.
2. If your lookup value is number format, and the ID number in the original table is stored as text, the above formula will not work, you should apply this formula: =LOOKUP(TEXT(G1,0),A2:D15,2,FALSE) to get the correct result as you need. 3.
Click the cell where you want the LOOKUP formula to be calculated. Click “Formula” at the top of the screen. Click “Lookup & Reference” on the Ribbon. Click “LOOKUP” at the bottom of the drop-down menu. Specify the cell in which you will enter the value whose data you're looking for.
Here is a simple formula that can help you to quickly check if a cell contains a word, and then put a text in its next cell. Select the cell you want to put the text, and type this formula =IF(NUMBER(SEARCH(“KATE”,A2)),”True”,”") and then drag autofill handle down to the cells you want to apply this formula.
Press [F5]. Click Special. Select Formulas. By default, this option selects all formula cells in the current sheet, but you can be more selective by excluding specific suboptions: Number, Text, Logical, and Errors. Click OK and Excel selects cells that contain formulas.
Just any text or number, specific text, or any value at all (not empty cell). There exist several variations of “If cell contains” formula in Excel, depending on exactly what values you want to find.
