Need to fill out forms electronically Need to fill out forms electronically, avoiding hand written forms that ulitmately creates errors and makes your efforts for not. Love this company helped in a pinch and was such a useful easy tool to use, I recommend it.

The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

”Lockout/ragout” refers to specific practices and procedures to safeguard employees from the unexpected energization or startup of machinery and equipment, or the release of hazardous energy during service or maintenance activities. Lockout devices hold energy-isolation devices in a safe or”off” position.
The OSHA standard for The Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Ragout), Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910.147, addresses the practices and procedures necessary to disable machinery or equipment, thereby preventing the release of hazardous energy while employees perform servicing and maintenance
A lockout/ragout procedure should include the following six steps: Preparation. Shutdown. Isolation.
Employees who exclusively perform functions related to normal production operations and who perform servicing and/or maintenance under the protection of normal machine safeguarding need only be trained as affected employees even if ragout procedures are used. 3. Other employees.
Shut down the machine. Disconnect or isolate the machine from the energy source(s). Apply the lockout or ragout device(s) to the energy-isolating device(s). Release, restrain, or otherwise render safe all potential hazardous stored or residual energy.
Lock Out, Tag Out (LOT), Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out (LOTTO) or lock and tag is a safety procedure used in industry and research settings to ensure that dangerous machines are properly shut off and not able to be started up again prior to the completion of maintenance or repair work.
A lockout uses a lock to hold an energy isolation device in a safe position and prevents the energization of the machine or equipment. Ragout is when a tag is placed on a piece of equipment to indicate that the equipment being controlled may not be operated until the ragout device is removed.
