It was very good. However, I would be interested in the webinar because I have not figured out how to download a document from another site to my account as I was advised by the support person.

What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365
What do you dislike?
Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Take a break and change your shoes. Read your work aloud. Look for patterns in your mistakes. Do not rely on your computer's spell check. Slow down. Reduce the level of waffle in your writing. Don't let your sentences get too long. Do not be afraid to use a dictionary.
Many advanced proofreading positions require extensive experience as a proofreader or advanced education. Becoming a proofreader requires a bachelor's degree related to English or communications as well as practical experience in the field.
Concentration is Key. If you're going to spot mistakes, then you need to concentrate. Put It On Paper. Watch Out for Homonyms. Watch Out for Contractions and Apostrophes. Check the Punctuation. Read it Backwards. Check the Numbers. Get Someone Else to Proofread It.
Must Have A Great Command Of English. While you don't need an English degree to become a proofreader, you must have a great command of the English language. Must Love To Read. Must Have An Eye For Detail. Must Have Self-Control. Must Be Able To Manage Time Well.
Demand for Proofreaders and Copy Markers is expected to go up, with an expected 4,340 new jobs filled by 2018. This represents an annual increase of 4.25 percent over the next few years.
The amount of money a proofreader makes varies. From my experience and interviews with other freelance proofreaders, you can expect to make between $25-$44 per hour as a proofreader. If you choose a proofreading niche like proofreading court transcripts, you can earn more per hour.
Individuals offering freelance proofreading services, who vary widely in skill level and background, may charge by the hour. Generally, their prices range from $10 to $45 per hour. Professional services that offer by-the-hour proofreading can charge up to $95 per hour.
If you have a fairly good command of spelling and grammar rules and have time to read, you're good to go. A degree in English is a plus, but not always necessary. Editing jobs come at many levels. There are the simple proofreading gigs, where all you have to do is spell-check and punctuation-check.
