I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

I sat down and began using it right away without any tutorial what so ever. It's just that easy. Looking forward to learning what else this program can do.

If your state prohibits sales of vehicles without a title, you'll need the vehicle's previous owner -- either the insurance company from which you bought it or a dealer who performed the repair work on the salvaged vehicle -- to receive a replacement title and then sign it over to you to complete the sale.
A rebuilt title is given to a used car that was deemed salvaged. Basically, it's a car that has been significantly damaged to the point where an insurance company says it's not worth repairing. However, if you're handy and do your own repairs, a used car with a salvage title can be a great deal.
Rebuilt cars for sale can also be a great deal under the right circumstances. Comparatively, a car with a rebuilt title can be purchased for 20% to 50% less than one with a clean title. However, the flip side is that your car is worth that much less than the same model with a clean title, and it's less desirable.
A rebuilt title refers to a vehicle that had a salvage title and has then been restored to roadworthy condition. Other times the vehicle will have such significant damage that it can't be repaired (this is common when the frame of the vehicle has been bent or damaged in a crash. Repairing this is impossible).
Yes, you can insure cars with rebuilt titles. Not all insurance companies cover rebuilt titles, however. Also, some of the companies that will sell you auto insurance for a car with a rebuilt title will only sell you liability coverage. Far fewer companies will sell you comprehensive coverage for a rebuilt title car.
Q In California, what are the costs to register a salvage title car? A basic registration fee for a vehicle with a salvage title is $46, but there are other fees you're likely to pay, including a $50 Salvage and Dismantled Vehicle Inspection fee and a $2 Prior History fee.

According to Kelley Blue Book, a salvage or rebuilt title can have a lasting negative impact on the value of a car. A rebuilt title can cause a drop of between 20-40% in value for your vehicle when compared to the same type of car with a clean title.
