In case you aren't using PDF as a primary document format, it's simple to convert any other type into it. It makes creating and using most document types easy. Though many solutions allows PDF editing, it’s hard to find one that covers all the features available on the market at a reasonable price.

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Per Use: $250 per license use on image. If Client wants to use Image A, the licenses could be broken into billboard ($500), social media ($250) and print use ($250). Therefore, Image A would cost the Client $1000 for one image with these three license uses.
It could be five hours, or it could be twelve. For example, a commercial photography rate per hour of $200, multiplied by four hours of shooting time = an $800 'Photography Fee'. The term Photography Fee makes sense to use when separating out the licensing fees in a bid.
$100 — $400 per hour. The average cost for a commercial photographer is $150 per hour. Hiring a commercial photographer to take professional photos, you will likely spend between $100 and $400 per hour. The price of commercial photography can vary greatly by region (and even by zip code).
To figure out your per piece rate simply divide your day rate by the amount of product you can shoot in one day. Regardless of how you choose to present your creative fee, it is always going to be based on the numbers that you calculated as part of your cost of doing business.
Commercial use of a photograph usually occurs when the picture of the person has been used purely for “advertising purposes.” While the photograph of a person may be used for something that is sold for profit, such as in a book or a print, that is not the test for a commercial use.
So if you are wanting to sell your prints for 500 dollars or higher, it better be a big print. People will pay a lot for size. Not so much for quality. As a side note on this, I was reading from a website that says you should charge a minimum of 51 dollars for an 8×10, or you are losing money.
So if you charge $100 per 8×10, then one digital file for small, local use should run about $300. If the client is bigger, or the file size is bigger, or the usage is a bit larger, start at five times your 8×10 for one file, or in our example $500.
So, let's say you have a print. You want to do a gallery wrap 16×20, or whatever size. To have it printed on canvas is around $30, floater frame, around $50, stretcher bars, around $15, shipping charges around $30, your time to stretch the canvas (or pay to have someone else do it) So you're up to $125 plus your time.
