How to Use the Alter Deed Feature in pdfFiller

The Alter Deed feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily modify and edit your deeds. Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

Access the Alter Deed feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to edit.

Once the document is open, click on the 'Alter Deed' button located in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, providing you with various options to alter your deed. You can add or remove text, insert images or signatures, and even change the formatting.

To add text, simply click on the 'Text' button in the sidebar and then click on the area of the document where you want to insert the text. A text box will appear, allowing you to type in your desired text. You can customize the font, size, and color of the text using the options in the sidebar.

If you want to remove existing text, click on the 'Erase' button in the sidebar and then click on the text you want to delete. The text will be removed from the document.

To insert images or signatures, click on the 'Image' or 'Signature' button in the sidebar, respectively. You can upload an image or select one from your pdfFiller library. Once inserted, you can resize and reposition the image or signature as needed.

If you need to change the formatting of the text, such as making it bold or italic, select the text and use the formatting options in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Once you have made all the necessary alterations, click on the 'Save' button in the sidebar to save your changes. You can also choose to download the altered deed as a PDF or share it with others.
