All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In essence, any agreement that is enforceable in a court of law is a contract. English Contract Law attempts to adhere to a simple principle: that you should only be bound when you have given your informed and true consent to a contract. ... Formation of contract (offer, acceptance, consideration, intention)
Definition. An agreement between private parties creating mutual obligations enforceable by law. The basic elements required for the agreement to be a legally enforceable contract are: mutual assent, expressed by a valid offer and acceptance; adequate consideration; capacity; and legality.

A contract is basically an agreement between two parties creating a legal obligation for both of them to perform specific acts. ... In order for the contract to be enforceable, each party must exchange something of value (called consideration).
What is Contract Law. ... Anytime an individual, business, or other entity agrees to take action, or to make an exchange or payment for something of value, a contract has been created. Examples of such agreements in business include bills of sale, purchase orders, and employment agreements.
At common law, the elements of a contract are; offer, acceptance, intention to create legal relations, consideration, and legality of both form and content. Not all agreements are necessarily contractual, as the parties generally must be deemed to have an intention to be legally bound.
Elements of a Contract. The requisites for formation of a legal contract are an offer, an acceptance, competent parties who have the legal capacity to contract, lawful subject, mutuality of agreement, consideration, mutuality of obligation, and, if required under the Statute of Frauds, a writing.
I'm going to break these down into three major types of contracts: Fixed Price, cost-reimbursable, and time and materials.
A firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor's cost experience in performing the contract. This contract type places upon the contractor maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss.
Most contracts only need to contain two elements to be legally valid: All parties must be in agreement (after an offer has been made by one party and accepted by the other). Something of value must be exchanged -- such as cash, services, or goods (or a promise to exchange such an item) -- for something else of value.
