I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

All you need is the device passcode (or Mac system password); sometimes it can even be done without the passcode. The iCloud Keychain is always stored in the cloud (not just synced across devices as would be possible without two-factor authentication). Theoretically, it is accessible by TLA.
Tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Keychain > Advanced. If you're using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud. Tap Change Security Code. Enter your Apple ID password when asked. Enter a new iCloud Security Code.
With two-factor authentication, your device is trusted when you sign in with your Apple ID, so in most cases you don't need to re-approve it. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Tap Settings > [your name] > iCloud. For 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud.
If you're using iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud. You might be asked to enter your Apple ID password. If you protect your account with two-factor authentication, tap Restore with Security Code. If you don't use two-factor authentication, tap Approve with Security Code.
