I use PDFfiller to create and sign military and employment documents. It is fairly easy to use. I love being able to save docs to my Google Drive. And the electronic signature is awesome.

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service! PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You want someone else to receive a copy of an email, but they aren't one of the primary recipients. You want the recipients of the message to know the other people who have been sent the message.
Using cc means that you send the email to another person or other people in addition to the primary recipient or recipients. When you use cc, everyone who receives the email can see who else received it. BCC (blind carbon copy) also sends a copy of the email to one or more people beyond the primary recipient(s).
Cc: (Carbon Copy) — Put the email address(es) here if you are sending a copy for their information (and you want everyone to explicitly see this) BCC: (Blind Carbon Copy) - Put the email address here if you are sending them a Copy and you do not want the other recipients to see that you sent it to this contact.
You want someone else to receive a copy of an email, but they aren't one of the primary recipients. You want the recipients of the message to know the other people who have been sent the message.
CC: As a recipient, if you are on the CC line, do not reply to the email, you're not expected to. However, if you see something odd or feel the need to add something to the email, reply to the sender directly (never reply-all) with your comments.
CC stands for Carbon Copy. In business emails, the CC field is often used to show the recipient that other important people are aware of the email and that the email requires urgent action and needs to be taken seriously. Using the BCC Field: BCC is for Blind Carbon Copy.
Address it only to the sender. CC means Carbon Copy. It usually denotes recipients that should receive a copy, but to which the original message is not addressed. Hence, you just address everyone in the 'To:' field, and that is.
If you're the recipient of a message, you can't see whether the sender added BCC recipients. Only the sender of a message can see the names of BCC recipients by opening a message in the Scent Items folder where all sent messages are stored by default. In the Scent Items folder, open the message that you sent.
If you go look at the message in your Sent Items folder, you won't see a BCC line. However, with the message open, click on the message's File menu, then click on the Properties item. Then click on the Details tab, and you'll see the raw source to the message, including the BCC line.
Launch Outlook. From the Outlook ribbon, click the Home tab, then New Email. A new message window appears. From the Ribbon, click the Options tab, then BCC. In the BCC field, type the email addresses of your recipients. After you have finished your message, click Send.

The BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) Field Any emails in the BCC field will be invisible to everyone else in the To and CC fields. BCC should only be used when it isn't a personal email, and you want to keep the receipts email private. For example: Informing suppliers/clients of change of address or phone number.
BCC stands for blind carbon copy, and is a way of sending emails to multiple people without them knowing who else is getting the email. Any email addresses in the BCC field will be invisible to everyone else on the email. In other words, it's like cc, but for spies.
Cc means carbon copy and BCC means blind carbon copy. For emailing, you use Cc when you want to copy others publicly, and BCC when you want to do it privately. Any recipients on the BCC line of an email are not visible to others on the email.
If all your recipients are listed under BCC:, then none can see or be aware of the others. If any recipient clicks Reply All, the reply will NOT go to anyone they can't see. Remember they can see any name that's listed under To: or Cc:, so be careful with mixed addressing.
