Overall from what I've used, this has been a really great way to complete and sign documents.
I liked that you can basically fill out forms but digitally. Everything is digital these days and instead of having to download and do a bunch of cumbersome steps to complete a document, you can do it straight from the app. It's much easier and cleaner.
I wish you could edit things and make changes. If you need something changed you'd have to contact the other party and have it changed then resent. But even so it's not that big a deal and it's still a great software.

How do I remove a password from a certified or signed PDF?
Do one of the following:
Select Tools > Protection > Encrypt > Remove.
If prompted, type the permissions password.
How do I edit a signed PDF document?
If a PDF is signed using a digital ID or certificate, it's locked to prevent changes to the document.
If you got a signed PDF, you can request the signer to remove the signature and share the PDF or send an unsigned copy of the PDF.
If you're the only one signer, you can remove your signature and work on the document.
How do you unlock a signed PDF?
Click the 'Lock' icon in the upper-left corner of the page. Click the link labeled: Permission Details. In the “Security Method' drop down, select: No Security. Enter your unlock password and click the OK button three times.
