So far so good. I don't particularly like receiving notification of pricing terms after I've done the work of filling in the form(s). You should present pricing up front. Otherwise, I appreciate the service you're providing.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
By definition, a product quotation is a document that contains specific products offered by a company as well as the prices per product. According to the prerogative of the person writing the quotation, it is also considered as customary to include the following information in a quotation: Delivery specifics.
Quotation header Mention your company's name, contacts, tax registration number, quotation number and date, payment terms, and the name of the recipient. You should write the word Quote or Quotation at the top of the page. Quotation body Describe the proposed goods or services and provide pricing information.
A request for quotation (RFQ) is a business process in which a company or public entity requests a quote from a supplier for the purchase of specific products or services. RFQ generally means the same thing as Call for bids (CFB) and Invitation for bid (IfB). An RfQ typically involves more than the price per item.
What is a Quote? A quote is the last price at which a security or commodity traded, meaning the most recent price to which a buyer and seller agreed and at which some amount of the asset was transacted. The bid or ask quotes are the most current prices and quantities at which the shares can be bought or sold.
An example of a quotation is when you take a passage from Shakespeare and repeat it as written without changing any of the words. An example of a quotation for a stock is the price of $24.56-$24.58.
In American English, use double quotation marks for quotations and single quotation marks for quotations within quotations. In British English, use single quotation marks for quotations and double quotation marks for quotations within quotations.
Famous Quotes Although not all quotes are legally protected, when using quotes from famous figures in t-shirt designs its best to quote the person who originally said it. Just give them their credit, even if it's in super tiny print, or in the product description on your website.
Don't use a quote on a T-shirt if: Just to be safe, don't quote anything characters say on anything scripted like movies, TV shows and plays or if it's a literary work like a novel or poem. The only exception, like we mentioned above, would be if the copyright has expired.
Most quotations, because of their short size, are not considered copyright infringement because they fall under the “fair use" clause of U.S. copyright law. “Fair use" of copyrighted materials is formally determined by a court of law when one party sues another for copyright infringement.
The answer is: If quoting without permission results in copyright infringement, then you need to get permission. Another exception is if the material falls under public domain, like ideas, titles of books, slogans, and names things that cannot be copyrighted.
200 or more words from an article or other brief work (see above). If the quote exceeds 50 percent of the work (even if it is less than 200 words). Three or more lines of poetry or song lyrics. (Be especially paranoid about using song lyrics.
You've probably heard that using short quotes is safe. Usually, but not always. The general rule is that short phrases are not protected by copyright because they are too short to contain sufficient original expression. But there is always some legal risk, because even short quotes may be protected by copyright.
Every publisher sets their own threshold of fair use versus requiring permissions. One publisher requires permission for using 25 words or more from any one source, aggregate over the entirety of your book. This means if you quote 16 words in one place and 10 words in another, you must get written permission.
To find copyrighted phrases, run an online search (but note that the U.S. Copyright Office lists registrations before 1978 exclusively in the Public Records at the Library of Congress). If you find no results, your search term is not registered in the database.
Focus on solutions. Aim at your target market. Use headlines and subtitles. Have a crystal-clear message. Try extreme marketing messaging. Offer a marketing hook. Leverage odd items, shapes, and sizes.
