How to Create Mandatory Field PDF like a pro

Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

Open the PDF form. Right-click on the form field > click on Properties > click General. Select Required. Click on Actions.
1 Answer. Select to add a password to “Restrict editing” and then select the restrictions you want to apply. Make sure that you save the file under a new filename after you apply these settings. This allows you to keep your unprotected file and send out the protected version.
To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
