Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

How to Use the Form Signature PDF Feature

The Form Signature PDF feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add signatures to your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Upload your PDF document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the homepage and selecting the PDF file from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Form Signature' tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Select the 'Add Signature' option from the dropdown menu. This will open the signature creation tool.

Choose the method you prefer to create your signature. You can either draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, type your name and select a font style, or upload an image of your signature.

After creating your signature, position it on the document by clicking and dragging it to the desired location. You can also resize the signature if needed.

If you need to add multiple signatures to the document, repeat steps 3 to 5 for each additional signature.

Once you have added all the necessary signatures, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your document.

You can now download the signed PDF document or share it with others by clicking on the 'Download' or 'Share' buttons respectively.
